Welcome friends! I’m Karl Ingersoll, President of the 6AM Runner Group. The 6AM Runners are simply a bunch of guys that like to run (a little) and like to have fun (a lot). We run and share some time together in the morning over coffee when we can. It’s about running, yes, but it’s just as much about friendship and having fun.
6AMRunners.com is the website of our group. We are a running group that enjoys using the power of the internet to help us run better and to become better friends.
